THEATER - Costumemaker & Dresser

I have worked as a costume maker and dresser for several theaters in Oslo. The pictures under shows some of the plays and shows I have sewn costumes for. I have made both male and female costumes for Black Box Theater, The National Theater, Det Norske Teater /The Norwegian Theater and The Academy of Theater.

Sewing for the theater is shearing the work with the other workers very much like a factory worker. But in some plays I have made complete costumes. For the costumes of The Academy of "Theater Tresure Island" / " Skatten på sjørøverøya " I also had a lot of the responsible for pattern making, fitting and cutting of costumes.
